The idea to start A. E Kongomanyi Consulting was when Aiah Emmanuel Kongomanyi, an experienced manager, decided to help and mentor friends and family who did not have the same opportunities or knowledge as himself in education and career. His passion and thrive grew as he continued to equip people for the field that they were entering. After gaining much success over the years, he then decided to establish this consulting firm to continue to help those who need assistance in the educational and career field.
Aiah's faith and being a Christian played a huge factor in his values and the values of AEKC. Hence establishing that AEKC is focused on helping others before any financial profit. From understanding that the God, who is the Lord and Creator of everything did not just create the world and humans; but had a plan for it to bare fruit and succeed, he then grew a passion to see the same in others.
AEKC have over 5 years of experience in providing career and educational consultation and have years of experience in business management, educational tutoring and Life coaching.
AEKC believes in taking a customized approach to each of clients. It is done by working closely with you to understand your unique needs and challenges, and develop solutions that are tailored to your specific situation. Also through partnering in faith and believing that by the help of the Lord, we will witness our clients bare much fruit and become the best version of themselves.
