History
The idea to start A. E Kongomanyi Consulting started when Aiah Emmanuel Kongomanyi, an experienced manager, decided to help and mentor friends and family who did not have the same opportunities , experience and knowledge as he was fortunate to have in education and his career.
This started in 2021, when his wife (partner at the time), recommended him to build her friend's CV (just as he did for her). He made changes to the CV and give her interview tips and she got her dream job. This continued to happen with many people as the word spread and he then began to see the value in what he was doing and the role that it played in people's life as well as in society. Emmanuel began to see that this was purposeful and also divine because he understood and currently understands the importance of giving back.
Based on his firm believe that God is the ultimate King and therefore is Lord (meaning that He is giver and owner of all good things), he could not nudge that God gave him the experiences that he has, including the. skillset to teach and train for the purpose of helping people. He is a strong believer that God does not give anyone anything without a purpose. Over. the years Emmanuel's passion and thrive grew as he continued to equip people for the field that they were entering. After gaining much success over the years, he then decided to establish this consulting firm in 2025 to continue to help those who need assistance in the educational and career field, as well as creating with other organisations and building an effective team.
Aiah's faith and being a Christian played a huge factor in his values and the values of AEKC. Hence establishing that AEKC is focused on helping others before any financial profit. From understanding that the God, who is the Lord and Creator of everything did not just create the world and humans; but had a plan for it to bare fruit and succeed, he then grew a passion to see the same in others.
Our Approach
AEKC believes in taking a customised approach to each of clients. We also believe in approaching all our clients from the understanding that God so loved them, that He gave Himself for them.
Therefore we appreciated individualism because God made everyone fearfully, wonderfully, and uniquely themselves. So we love to get to know our clients very well, this is done by working closely with them to understand their unique needs and challenges.
Then develop solutions that are tailored to their specific situation. Also through partnering in faith and believing that by the help of the Lord, we will witness our clients bare much fruit and become the best version of themselves.
